GB, alongwith its partner companies has executed a number of projects covering the entire Steam Generator island for various fuels under license of erst-while Mitsui Babcock (presently Doosan Babcock). The license covered steam generators upto the range of 300 TPH of steam generation. Licensing for Steam generation above this level was on individual project basis.
GB have manufactured and supplied 2 nos. Start-up boilers under design of Eck Rohr Kessel (Corner tube boiler) of Germany, through Stein Energy, France, shipped to Sharjah.
GB has manufactured many equipments as import substitution. One such WHRB is a 3-start helical coil as shown in the image, for Fertilizer manufacturing units at Bhatinda & Panipat.
